General Information

Come join the best flag football leagues in H-Town including our newest offerings of 5 on 5!  Our leagues provide a fun yet competitive environment to show off your flag football skills!

• League locations include:
  • Lawrence Park
  • Quillian Center
  • Alden Bridge Sports Park
  • Westwood Park
  • New Territory Sports Complex
• You can pay in full or do a $100 credit card deposit to reserve a team spot.
• Full payment will be due the second week of the regular season.
• Free Agents are always welcomed to sign-up. We do our best to place all individual signups, but it is not guaranteed. If we are unable to find you a team we will refund you the entire amount.
• Team rosters/waivers must be submitted by week 3 of the regular season.
• Co-ed Leagues: 8 players on the field (5 males, 3 females at all times)
• Men’s Only Leagues: 8 men on the field at all times
• 12 players on a roster is suggested but not mandatory.
• 10 players on a roster is suggested but not mandatory for the Coed (at least 2 females), Men’s and Women’s 5 on 5 leagues.

What Does Registration Include?

Co-ed Leagues:

• Paid referees
• Prizes for league champions
• Equipment
• 5 weeks of doubleheader regular season play (10 games, 2 per night)
• 1-2 week of playoffs

Men’s Only Leagues:

• Prizes for league champions
• 5 weeks of doubleheader regular season play (10 games, 2 per night)
• 1 week of playoffs (every team makes playoffs with up to 3 divisions)

Women’s Only Leagues:

• Prizes for league champions
• 5 weeks of doubleheader regular season play (10 games, 2 per night)
• 1 week of playoffs (every team makes playoffs with up to 3 divisions)
